Adult Literacy Coalition of Chester County
Chester County OIC is proud to be part of the Adult Literacy Coalition of Chester County. The Coalition consists of CCOIC, La Comunidad Hispana, The Volunteer English Program, and West Chester Area School District. Its mission is to promote adult literacy in Chester County. Various programs are offered through OIC’s partners in the coalition.

English as a Second Language classes are available through La Comunidad Hispana. Classes are available at all levels from beginner to advanced ESL.
